Two more cases of a potentially deadly new strain of the swine flu virus were confirmed Saturday in the U.S. In Mexico, where 68 people have died, the Health Ministry has been give emergency powers to battle the spread of the virus. The World Health organization has called the outbreak "a public health emergency of international concern."
