Ryan Alexander Jenkins, a reality TV contestant suspected in his wife's slaying in California, was found dead in a hotel room in British Columbia, Canadian and U.S. authorities said Sunday. Jenkins was found in the hotel room, dead by hanging, said Farrah Emami, spokeswoman for the district attorney in Orange County, California. Preliminary evidence suggests his death was a suicide, authorities said.
Three people missing Sunday after large ocean waves generated by Hurricane Bill knocked several people into the Atlantic off Maine's Acadia National Park have been located, a park official said. The hurricane passed New England without making landfall and was moving close to the Canadian province of Nova Scotia.
