New Orleans voters cast ballots Saturday in what has shaped up to be one of the most unusual mayoral elections in U.S. history. With all 442 precincts reporting, Nagin had 38 percent of the vote, Landrieu 28 percent and Forman 18 percent. The tallies did not include at least 20,000 absentee ballots. The results mean Nagin and Landrieu will face eachother in a May 20 runoff.
