John Evander Couey -- a 46-year-old convicted sex offender -- is en route to Florida where he will faces charges in the death of 9-year-old Jessica Lunsford. Investigators found her remains earlier Saturday. In announcing that development, the sheriff called Couey "a piece of trash" and said he wants to see him "get the death penalty."
