Surgeons at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio have transplanted 80 percent of a cadaver's face onto a female trauma patient. The surgery is the first of its kind in the U.S. Other facial transplants have been done in France and China, including Isabelle Dinoire, who had been mauled by a dog. No details have been released about the U.S. patient, but doctors today are expected to talk to reporters about the surgery.
