A federal judge ruled Tuesday that the government can continue to pursue a death sentence for Zacarias Moussaoui. His sentencing trial will continue -- but without six witnesses who received e-mail and trial transcripts from a lawyer in the case. Two of the witnesses said their testimony would not be affected by improper coaching from the government lawyer.
