The battle for control of the U.S.-flagged Maersk Alabama began with a bold move by some crew members to jump the pirates. A scuffle ensued and one of the crew members stabbed a pirate in the hand in the battle to retake the container ship, one of the sailors told CNN. The Alabama docked Saturday in Mombasa, Kenya. Its captain remains held by pirates.
