| A British man charged with the murder of his American wife and baby has agreed to be extradited to the United States, his lawyer told a London court today. Lawyer Dan Brandon told Bow Street Magistrates' Court in London that Entwistle would not fight extradition and wants to return to the United States "as soon as possible," The Associated Press reported. The judge asked Entwistle if he understood what he was doing. "Yes," Entwistle said. |

| Abducted American journalist Jill Carroll appeared in a video broadcast on Kuwaiti television Thursday, urging the U.S. government to meet her kidnappers' demands. "I'm here. I'm fine. Please, just do whatever they want. Give them whatever they want as quickly as possible. There is very short time. Please do it fast," she says. Carroll, 28, was kidnapped January 7 in western Baghdad after attempting to meet with an Iraqi official. |
