A live microphone caught part of a whispered conversation Jackson had with a fellow guest. The Obama campaign said it accepted the apology, but Jackson's son publicly blasted his father's comments.
Recently developed "touch DNA" technology has cleared all members of JonBenet Ramsey's family of her slaying, authorities said today. Boulder County District Attorney Mary Lacy said no one in the Ramsey family is considered a suspect and formally apologized in to John Ramsey for the cloud of suspicion his family has lived under for nearly 12 years.
At least two members of the Colombian rebel group FARC were offered money to switch sides and deliver bogus orders as part of last week's rescue of 15 FARC hostages, a source close to Colombian military intelligence told CNN Wednesday.
