"We've already taken additional measures," to ensure passenger safety, Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff said at a late-morning news conference, encouraging people to use mass transportation but to "remain alert and report any suspicious activity" to authorities. "I think our transit systems are safe," he said, noting that security had already been increased after the 9/11 terrorist attacks and the 2004 Madrid fatal train bombings.

One of the most interesting complained that we didn't tell patients about one remedy—acupuncture.
