Anna Nicole Smith does not appear to be a victim of foul play, according to preliminary results of an autopsy performed Friday. Prescription drugs found in her hotel room were not detected in her stomach, medical examiner Joshua Perper said. He added his office is waiting for results of toxicological and other tests before determining how Smith died.
