A 15-year-old girl missing for nearly a year was found Wednesday locked in a small hidden room under the staircase of a couple's home, police said. Two people who live at the home in West Hartford, Connecticut, were arrested. The girl probably was not kept in the secret room at all times, police said, but based on her pale complexion, they speculated she never went outside.
