The man Indianapolis police consider the prime suspect in the slayings of seven family members surrendered to police at a fast food restaurant Saturday night, police told CNN. Police were holding a news conference to talk about the arrest of Desmond Turner, 28. Another suspect had previously been arrested. Turner's criminal history includes convictions for firearm and drug offenses, as well as resisting law enforcement, police say.
