A rescue crew is inside a coal mine in West Virginia trying to save 13 miners trapped a mile underground after an explosion, an official said. It is not known whether the trapped miners survived the blast Monday morning. "Four miners went back in and they came upon a wall of debris, and they have not been able to contact the miners," said Steve Milligan, deputy director of Upshur County's office of emergency management.
